We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars. All Australian orders are inclusive of GST.


Upon successful placement of your order an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail providing you with shipment details. Where possible a tracking number will be provided. We aim to send orders within 1-4 business days after receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the product description (eg. clubs and preorders). If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. We send parcels with either Australia Post or Sendle. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, the price varies depending on what part of the world you live. We will combine ship your orders if they have been placed on the same day during business hours and any additional shipping charges will be refunded.

Once a package has been shipped, we can no longer assume responsibility for the contents and the value contained. We can not be held responsible for lost packages if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order. Some countries incur import duties and taxes on arrival in the recipient country, please be aware of what these are for your country as you will be required to pay these on arrival of goods into your country.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time has passed please contact us by replying to your order/shipping e-mail and we will contact the shipping provider and file a missing parcel claim where possible to try to locate and resolve the problem.


Unused yarn in its original condition/packaging may be exchanged for a refund within 30 days of the date of your order. Yarn can not be returned once wound into a cake. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued for the full invoice amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Please communicate with us by e-mail prior to sending any items back giving us your order number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will authorise for the return of the goods and arrange a refund after we receive the original item(s) back. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Customer will incur the cost of return postage.
